Best = Fun + Profitable

A Best Client meets two criteria:

  1. They are fun to work with
  2. They are profitable.

A client who is fun, but not profitable, is not best.
And a client who is profitable, but who makes your stomach clench each time they call, is not best.

Best is fun + profitable.

All marketing money, time, and effort must be directed toward attracting Best Clients. 

Exercise 1:

Write down the first names of your five Best Clients.
